Our programs and Conferences are aimed at providing a space and supportive space to all our young pacific men and women. So they can create, explore and speak about issues they may be facing.

Brown Girl Woke Scholarship Program
Our Scholarship programs allow our BGW Club members to further their tertiary studies in which their skills and knowledge go towards the development of our community in which they provide much help and support through different programs and events we hold for youth.
Received boxes of bras and donated to Samoa Cancer Society for Pinktober
Our amazing team made the donation on behalf of BGW. CEO Su’a John Ryan received the donation on behalf of the society. Our team has been assuring our community is informed and help raise cancer awareness.

Suicide Awareness with Gospel Artists
Afi Pasefika Trust Samoa gave us the opportunity to go into schools and speak life. Through this we had the amazing artists Faith Sosene, Lavinia Williams and Lychee Jared Tavai to pray, sing and minister to youth and students.
PACIFIC FEMINIST FORUM
This is the first time a feminist forum is taken place in Samoa. Samoa Feminist Forum is to take place over 2 days.
Donations of books and shoes to schools
Our team drove out to donate books and shoes to schools we run our after-school programs in.
First After School Poetry program in Falealili College
The purpose of this poetry program is to encourage and teach students that are interested in poetry. This enables them to tell their stories through writing poems.
FIRST TRAINING ON BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CLIMATE CHANGE
Hosted by SPREP for our 350 USP Climate Change Club. Our club is expanding with NUS interns and this was our first of many trainings.
SAFETY KIDS PROGRAM TO 8 PRIMARY SCHOOLS
We partnered with St. Vincent de Paul for our Safety kids’ program. During our workshop we taught 6 protection rules, assuring our kids understand when and what to do in danger, their boundaries and their rights to their bodies.
First Safety Kids Program St. Theresa Primary School
We are thankful to charity St Vincent De Paul for funding our safety kids’ program. We will be going to 8 primary schools discussing our 6 protection rules combating ending violence against women and children
Street Souljah Project – Goods and grocery shopping for 10 street vendors in our reading program
This is donor base funded project! Which means the donations sent from families and friends has help us pay for 4 university students to run this program.
